Ingredients:- Watermelon - 2 cups (chopped and deseeded), Sugar - 1 tsp (optional), Black salt - 1/2 tsp, Pepper - 1/2 tsp, Lemon juice - 1 tsp, Ice-cubes - 3-4, Method In a mixer jar, add seeded watermelon pieces, sugar, pepper powder and salt. Grind until you see a nicely blended liquid. (filter it if you want). Transfer to a glass and add lemon juice. Mix and top with ice-cube. Serve chilled.

Ingredients: Corn kernels - 2 cups, Ginger-garlic paste - 1 tsp, Corn flour - to dust, Maida - 1 tbsp, Onion - 1 tbsp (chopped finely), Green chilli - 1 (chopped finely), Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp, Salt to taste, Chaat masala - 1 tsp, Oil for frying, Method Mix corn kernels, salt, ginger-garlic paste, maida and corn-flour such that the corn kernels are well coated with this mixture. Heat oil in a kadhai and deep fry the corn over high-heat until golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper. In another pan, heat a little oil add onions and green chilli. Saute a little. Add fried corns. Toss it and add salt, red chilli powder and chaat masala. Mix gently and serve hot immediately.

How to Make SODA SHIKANJI ?

Ingredients: Sugar syrup - 3 tsp, Lemon juice - 2 tsp, Soda - 100 ml, Salt to taste, Chaat masala to taste, Crushed ice, Method Mix sugar syrup, lemon juice, salt, chaat masala. Add soda. Put curshed ice and serve chilled.

How to Prepare COLA SHAKE ?

Ingredients:- Milk - 100 ml (chilled) Vanilla ice cream - 1 scoop, Cola Drink (thumbs up, coke, coca cola) - 100 ml, Sugar (optional) - 1 tsp, Crushed ice Method In a blender, add milk, sugar, vanilla ice cream, half of the cola drink and ice. Blend properly. Add this to a tall thin glass and pour the remaining cola very carefully. Serve immediately.

Ingredients:-- Blue curacao syrup - 1 tbsp, Lemon juice - 1 tsp, Any lemon drink (Limca, sprite or 7 up) - 100 ml, Crushed ice, Pineapple and cherry for decoration Method Mix blue curacao, lemon juice and lemon drink with crushed ice in a blender Serve immediately decorated with pineapple and cherry.

How to Make FALSA SHARBAT?

Ingredients:--- Falsa - 250 gms, Sugar - 100 gms, Black salt to taste, Salt to taste, Water - 2 glasses, Crushed ice, Method Wash falsa properly. Put in blender for 1/2 minute only. Pass through a sieve, discard the seeds. Mix in sugar, salt and black salt. Add crushed ice and serve chilled. Note: You can use soda water in place of water. In that case, blend the falsas with little water. Add sugar, salt and black salt and pour with soda water and crushed ice.
