How to Cook CRISPY CHILLI CORN


Ingredients:





Corn kernels - 2 cups,
Ginger-garlic paste - 1 tsp,
Corn flour - to dust,
Maida - 1 tbsp,
Onion - 1 tbsp (chopped finely),
Green chilli - 1 (chopped finely),
Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp,
Salt to taste,
Chaat masala - 1 tsp,
Oil for frying,





Method





  1. Mix corn kernels, salt, ginger-garlic paste, maida and corn-flour such that the corn kernels are well coated with this mixture.




  1. Heat oil in a kadhai and deep fry the corn over high-heat until golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper.
  2. In another pan, heat a little oil add onions and green chilli. Saute a little. Add fried corns. Toss it and add salt, red chilli powder and chaat masala. Mix gently and serve hot immediately.
